Soil is at the bottom of the food chain, yet it is the cornerstone of life on earth. The more people we have on earth, the more important it becomes for us to understand, appreciate, and create healthy living soils.
Golden Triangle RC&D, through a cooperative agreement with NRCS, will be holding a free Soil Health Workshop on July 18th, 2019 at the Southern Georgia Regional Commission. This Lunch and Learn workshop session will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. The workshop will “Dig In” to healthy soils and diversity, erosion and compaction, along with pesticides/fertilizers and how to feed the soil. A complimentary lunch will be provided for those attending.
